 To apply all out elements to success we need to have a strategy based on:

All companies to work succesfully need to have resources, capabilities, structure, goals, skills, competences and values.

As we have mentioned before, resources can be define by the following:

• Human: Cashier, chef, manager, waiters (include motivational activities and training)

• Material: (whites, chinaware, tables, electric infraestructure, and equipment).

 

• Financial: Will be the money we invest, credit, time, ideas, currency, costs.

 

• Technological: Standard receipt, waste system, inventory, know how, waste control, and procedures.
